Hi, I’m Nicola Salter, owner of Aroma 1 Inc and an Empowerment Mindset Mentor and Coach. For over 25 years, I have been focused in the health and wellness space here in the US delivering self-care programs for organizations and business owners to overcome stress and burnout, as well as purpose and empowerment.

I help your organization retain your workforce, reduce absenteeism and substantial turnover costs by providing easy to implement online and onsite programs for your employees to learn tools for how to prepare for, recover from and adapt in the face of stress.  This is called resilience and the greater their resilience becomes the more energy they have to self-regulate and be more in charge of how they respond to stressful events.

Stress costs American employers approximately $300 billion per year and in the last 3 decades employee stress levels have increased by 20%.

I have personally worked with over 14000 individuals worldwide building resiliency and empowering mindsets for change and redefining purpose and mission.

Resiliency At Work (online program): Designed to reduce stress, build resiliency and reduce absenteeism.

This online program is designed to support your health and wellness initiative to give employees stress management tools to increase productivity, innovation and transformation to reduce staff absenteeism and turnover costs. We use traditional mindfulness methods, consumer grade technology and evidence-based tools to create positive change and empowerment within your workspace.

How it Works:

  • Online self-care program – 6 hrs – self-paced – one hour a week with downloadable pdfs, podcasts and videos. Plus:
  • Staff stress assessment
  • Consumer grade technology to support monitoring resilience and well-being.
  • At week 7, a one-hour accountability onsite visit in person with up to 10 staff members, meeting individually.
  • A key performance indicator is provided two weeks after the close of the program.
  • After 3 months, a one-hour group recap live on zoom.
  • Licensed to use the online program for one year without onsite visits, KPI and one-hour group recap.
